Prospectus and Final Terms

Covered Bonds, junior covered bonds and mortgage bonds issued by BRFkredit shall be described in a prospectus in pursuance of Commission Regulation (EC) no. 809/2004. These regulations came into force on 1 July 2005. Bond series closed for issuance prior to this date are not covered by a prospectus.

The prospectuses for covered bonds and mortgage bonds take the form of a base prospectus and separate final terms. The general terms and conditions for the bond series as well as descriptions of BRFkredit and the bond series are given in a base prospectus. The specific details for the individual bond series are given in the final terms.

The prospectuses for junior covered bonds take the form of a prospectus and separate final terms. The general terms and conditions for the bond series as well as descriptions of BRFkredit and the bond series are given in the (program) prospectus.
