Information about BRFkredit mortgage bonds and covered bonds is available on the Bloomberg system. This note presents shortcuts for you to find the information.
The Bloomberg system offers an enormous amount of information. Access to the information can be restricted by the individual information provider. If you need to have access to certain pages on the Bloomberg system either contact your Bloomberg sales representative for help or send a message to the designated contact person with the information provider in question.
To take full advantage of all the features offered on the pages and services mentioned below you need to have real time access to quotes from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. Contact your Bloomberg representative to learn more or look at Bloomberg page EXCH (and request a subscription to COPE).
BRF <Corp> provides a list of all BRFkredit bonds on the Bloomberg. The list includes both mortgage bonds, covered bonds and other bonds issued by BRFkredit.
BRFkredit has its own page - BRFK - on the Bloomberg. BRFkredit's own page provides information about BRFkredit bonds, the Danish mortgage system and about Danish mortgage bonds and covered bonds.
Several Danish banks and brokers have their own contributor pages on the Bloomberg where they provide price quotes. Quotes are generally supplied for generic mortgage bonds (labelled DMB or MTG).

You can either use the ISIN code of a BRFkredit mortgage bond or covered bond and <Corp> (by pressing F3), or use the standard "Bloomberg style" of identifying a bond.
If entering the mnemonic in "Bloomberg style", you might discover that BRFkredit occasionally has issued more than one security with a specific coupon and maturity
Example:
If you enter "DK0009357196 Corp" in Bloomberg, the system will call up the "4% BRF 321 B RTL 01.01.2005" bond.
However, if you type "BRF 4 01/01/2005 Corp" Bloomberg will show a list of four different BRFkredit bonds all maturing on January 1, 2005 with a 4 per cent coupon.
